This was a non-profit campaign regarding the mental health conditions in Uruguay on patients from public hospitals, like Vilardebo. This film was created as a personal interest in supporting the fight for a new bill on the mental health regulations. All actors are patients from the hospital.
The new Mental Health Law was passed and has been in effect since 2017.
